Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Manager position located in Richmond, VA. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, maintain office systems, and ensure a smooth workflow. Responsibilities include administrative support, managing office equipment, coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, and assisting in maintaining organization and efficiency in the office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address inquiries and assist clients with professionalism.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage workflows and daily tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Office Equipment usage and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
