Operations Administrator Chick?fil?A Supply

As the Operations Administrator you will provide clerical, analytical, and administrative support to Chick?fil?A Supply leaders and directly report to the Distribution Center General Manager in Weston, FL. You will manage calendars, travel, day?to?day office operations, invoices, procurement, and staff engagement initiatives while supporting leaders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Distribution Center leaders calendars and organize meetings and events.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for leaders and team members.
• Coordinate shipping, courier services, and inventory of uniforms and PPE; manage catering vendors.
• Process invoices and purchase orders; write memos and reports.
• Support all staff engagement initiatives.
• Provide warehouse or inventory?related support as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associates Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
• 5+ years of experience in a prior administrative assistant role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, customer?focused relationship building, and problem?solving skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
• Adaptable to change and able to respond to difficult and challenging situations in a professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Committed to food safety and a safe workplace for team members.
