SVS Group is currently looking to hire Experienced Order Pullers -  Standup  Forklift Drivers for one of our best Manufacturing Clients here on the Phoenix/Tempe border. You will have typical Order Pulling job duties listed below.

1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:30am - 4pm plus overtime as needed. No weekends.

$19/hr.

Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated and efficient Order Pickers while using a Standup Forklift to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center and requires Standup Forklift, heavy lifting, a keen attention to detail, as well as familiarity with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick orders using RF scanners to ensure correct items are selected for shipment
• Load and unload products from trucks and pallets, ensuring safe handling practices
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and clamp trucks in compliance with OSHA regulations
• You will wrap the pallets with pallet straps
• You will pull orders off of the Forklift as well. Not all of your work will be on the Forklift
• Perform materials handling tasks including sorting, packing, and labeling items for shipping
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize order picking processes
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained
• Adhere to safety protocols while operating heavy equipment and performing physical tasks

Requirements:

• You must have at least 2+ years of Standup Forklift Experience
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or as an order picker is preferred
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and mechanical knowledge
• Proficient in using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift
• Experience with materials handling techniques and safety standards (OSHA)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
