We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to shape user-friendly and impactful experiences for our SaaS products. Core Expertise & Responsibilities Design of product experiences from concept through to launch with an emphasis on usability and user adoption. Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive workflows and interfaces. Collaborate with user personas and conduct research to understand pain points, behaviors, and motivations. Drive a process of rapid prototyping, user testing, and iteration to deliver continuous improvement with short revision cycles. Deliver wireframes, mockups, and design specifications that align with product and business goals. Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle. Contribute to evolving Pani’s design system and visual identity across products. What You Bring to the Team 3–5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design for SaaS or digital platforms. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and elegant interfaces. Experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools. Ability to conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and translate them into design improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Comfort working in fast-paced environments with iterative design processes. Passion for building products that improve adoption and deliver real-world impact. Nice to Have Domain knowledge in cleantech, SaaS for utilities, or sustainability-driven products. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices. Experience in data visualization or workflow-heavy product design.
