Assist Colgates track & field and cross country programs at practices and competitions. Job duties include but are not limited to skill instruction.

Responsible for execution of specific strategic activities and outcomes within assigned sport or area. These will include sustained performance and execution in the following areas:
Adhere to Head Coachs philosophy
Athletic instruction/coaching
Program operations and administration as designated by Head Coach


Responsible for role modeling behaviors and leadership for student-athletes. Professional Experience/ Qualifications:

1-3 years experience coaching or participation in track & field and/or cross country.


A current valid drivers license, in accordance with the Universitys Driver Safety and Motor Vehicle Use Policy, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years experience coaching or participation in track & field and/or cross country

Education:

Bachelors degree is required.
