*Dialysis Experience + Certification Required* Reliable Transportation is a must, as you will be working in hospitals in the following cities: Waukesha, WI Oconomowoc, WI Watertown, WI Milwaukee, WI Schedule : Day Shift, Full Time
What You'll Do:
- Deliver one-on-one dialysis care to patients with kidney disease
- Monitor and record vital signs, set up dialysis machines, and observe treatment
- Support patients physically and emotionally throughout their care
- Educate patients on dialysis-related topics
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
What You'll Need:
- CHT, BONENT certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
- Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
