We are seeking a CSR/Account Manager- Personal Lines/HNW Insurance to join our growing team. Can you deliver exceptional customer service? Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls.
  • Quoting, endorsements, certificates and contribute to the renewal process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure a resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Skills:
  • 1-2 years of client service experience
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Experience with Applied EPIC or AMS360 a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
