We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Channel RTM team in Client's Technology Solutions group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a specific Client and track record on leveraging AI (both Generative AI as well as Agentic AI) to enhance partner experience and drive business growth.
The Channel RTM Product Manager will lead the partnership with internal customers to understand their processes, pain points, and collect and prioritize key business requirements in support of the technology solution roadmap and vision. The Product Manager will collaborate with business teams, other Product Managers, Program Managers, User Experience Designers, Architects and Engineering to prioritize capabilities and solutions that provide business value.
Organizational Change Management will be a significant part of this program, driven by changing technology on in-scope Partner capabilities and processes. Understanding and determining changes to business processes and how those changes will impact Partners and partner user experiences will be key to success.
What you'll do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future needs to ensure that Partner workflows to be migrated supports updated selling motions on target business applications, including implications for end to end back-office processes.
  • Provide AI thought leadership by identifying areas where AI can materially transform the transactional digital-human interactions. Define innovative solutions that enhance the Partner platform sales and support processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and apply them to product development. Collaborate with business, engineering and data science teams to prototype, validate, and launch AI-powered features that drive automation, personalization, and efficiency
  • Communicate/align with internal customers and technical teams on product vision and roadmap.
  • Assist in Change Management planning and execution related to CRM and adjunct system changes with a focus on impacts to business for both internal teams and our DMe Partners
  • Lead and facilitate process improvements sessions to drive a coordinated data mapping/transformation response across Product Management, Architecture and Engineering teams.
  • Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
  • Drive the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements and large technology initiatives
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog, collecting defects and enhancement requests, and
  • Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field, business or relevant work experience. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of product management experience is required--experience with global large-scale enterprise business and system transformations is highly recommended
  • Experience with industry-leading AI ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services, Amazon Bedrock or AWS SageMaker is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in leveraging these technologies to design scalable, intelligent solution that enhance user productivity, automate workflows, and drive measurable business outcomes will set you apart
  • Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
  • Proven ability to understand the impact of technical changes, and articulate the impacts to business processes
  • Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship
  • Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; ability to effectively facilitate teams to the successful resolution of issues
  • Bachelor's degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience; experience in working in CRM solutions is highly desirable
