RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, edit, and finalize insurance-related documents and reports using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proofread and format reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency before distribution
• Coordinate with team members to communicate required changes and corrections
• Assist with editing and distribution of engineering reports to internal teams and clients
• Perform administrative support tasks related to property and utility reports
• Maintain organized document files to support compliance and operational efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

• 23 years of professional experience in proofreading or document editing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
