The ideal candidate will ensure that workspaces, equipment, and common areas are kept clean and safe by following standard cleaning procedures and safety regulations. This role is critical for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize industrial equipment, machinery, and/or workspaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove debris from floors and surfaces
• Use industrial cleaning chemicals and tools safely and effectively
• Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas in a sanitary condition
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment needs
• Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the facility's cleanliness

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling practices
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing, bending, lifting up to 35 lbs)
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility
• Understanding of safety regulations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Must care about quality
• Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace
• Must be reliable
• Must have valid driver's license to drive around plant
• Must have steel toe shoes
• Must be able to work morning shifts, M-F 8:00 AM to 11 AM
