The Real Estate and Land Management (RELM) Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all land management and real estate activities across multiple projects. This includes managing external contractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project scopes and schedules, and maintaining oversight of land acquisition budgets and cost controls. The role also involves preparing and delivering comprehensive reports, tracking key performance indicators, and proactively managing priorities to ensure timely and successful project execution.
