Job Description
Courier Express is searching for a full time Recruiter / Driver Coordinator in the Fayetteville and surrounding areas. This position would be based in our Lumberton, NC facility.
$16/ hr
Recruiter / Driver Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1.) Placing ads to recruit drivers for our warehouse in Lumberton. We operate on an Independent Contractor model and a large responsibility is to contract and orient the drivers.
2.) Ensuring all appropriate documentation is complete and submitted for all driver issues such as updating insurance, updating licenses, adding vehicles, adding subcontractors, etc.
3.) Evaluating and maintaining an available pool of qualified Independent Contractors while implementing and/or improving upon new recruiting methods, tools, sources, and processes that contribute to the success of the overall operation.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimum supervision, has an attention to detail, is organized, and is great with people. This position relies heavily on your phone and face-to-face people skills.
