Job Description The Program Manager oversees complex, high-impact programs across departments, ensuring strategic alignment, timely execution, and measurable outcomes. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages budgets, and mitigates risks to deliver business value. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities - Strategic Planning: Define program objectives aligned with organizational goals and develop long-term roadmaps. - Program Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of programs-from initiation and planning to execution and closure. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and effective communication. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Resource Allocation: Manage budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects. - Process Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to optimize workflows. - Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and deliverables to assess progress and impact.
