The Retail Merchandiser supports retail stores by creating attractive product displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires physical activity such as moving and lifting merchandise, while delivering excellent customer service and working both independently and within a team. Retail Merchandisers help enhance the shopping experience by ensuring stores are well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you: 

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
