As a Part Time Retail Store Associate at Office Depot, your role is vital to our success in today's retail landscape. You will engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, creating a positive shopping experience while driving sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Engage proactively with customers, promote solutions, and be aware of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance, adhere to signage and merchandising standards, manage freight, and keep inventory organized.
• Print and Tech Knowledge: Develop product knowledge through training, including certifications if required.
• Sales Techniques: Follow policies, support loss prevention, and perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write for documentation and inventory.
• Client-focused, positive, action-oriented, passionate about the brand and solutions.
