2026 Summer Sales Internship

The Musco Operational Sales Team is seeking a Sales Intern to work from our Oskaloosa campus during the Summer of 2026 . In this role, you will gain practical experience, learn transferable sales skills, and connect with top-notch sales performers. If your experience aligns with the qualifications outlined below, we look forward to hearing from you!

Essential Criteria:

• Pursuing a degree in Sports Management, Entrepreneurship, Business, Marketing, or other related fields
• Ability to work independently while working as a Team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to interact with different personalities
• Willingness to learn from peers and others
• Proven verbal and written communication and time management skills
• Aptitude to understand and apply technical information
• Innovative problem-solving mindset
• Desire and ability to travel within the United States and work some evenings

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research various territories to understand the current marketplace
• Communicate research findings with the Sales Associate Supervisor and Sales Representatives
• Qualify sales leads through research, cold calling, and other forms of communication
• Assist in the creation of action plans to complete various sales functions
• Travel with Regional Sales Associates and Sales Representatives to learn more about Musco's Sales Approach during actual sales calls and meetings
• Participate in completing light-level tests and light audits
• As a final group project, develop and deliver an in-depth market analysis to the Director of USA Field Sales, Sales Representatives, and other key Sales Team Members

*This is a Musco Sports Lighting internship. However, you will be hired through a temp agency.
