Role : Salesforce Developer (6+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder to meet business needs and automate workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, handle data migration, and build reports/dashboards for stakeholder insights.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Agile methodologies, while maintaining code quality and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including custom objects, triggers, and security configurations.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I (PDI), Platform Developer II preferred, or Administrator.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs for integrations.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
• Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein, multi-org environments, or third-party apps like Marketo.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and ETL tools for data management
