Job Details:

Summary:

This position is responsible for the supervision of production Team Members for quality safety and any additional assignments deemed appropriate by management.

• Responsible for scaling cattle gender, count inventory cattle, lot sheeting cattle, moving cattle from trucks to pens.
• Clean up of yards area.
• Tasks include standing walking bending stretching climbing pushing pulling lifting and reaching.
• This position can work in a cold damp environment or hot humid environment and on slippery surfaces.
• Team member must be dependable work well with others & self-motivated. Must have good communication and organizational skills and be able to perform tasks with limited supervision.

***Hours are 9 PM to 5:30 AM. Normal schedule is Sunday - Thursday. Will work the majority of holidays. Will work when the plant is dark (not working).

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 1 plus years work experience in the Harvest division.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: The ability to lead by example; make independent decisions based on independent observations.

Overtime : Working overtime is required.

Supervisory: None
