The holiday season is our busiest and most exciting time of year. As a Seasonal Order Picker , you’ll play a vital role in ensuring accurate inventory counts are maintained and operators have products needed for personalization.

Position: Seasonal Order Picker
Location: Lafayette, LA (On-site)
Department: Inventory

Overview

The Seasonal Order Picker accurately picks items from inventory for order batches and delivers them to the correct production department. The role is tablet-driven, detail-focused, and critical to keeping work flowing on-time during peak season. Training may start with reduced hours and expand as volume ramps. Shifts may change as we scale coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a tablet to access the internal inventory platform and log items picked .
• Count items accurately and place them into the correct batches based on due date and production department . Perform finishing tasks, including:
• Monitor production requests in the internal inventory system and deliver needed products to departments. Package completed items securely for shipment.
• Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Work as part of a collaborative production team. While assigned primarily to embroidery production, all employees may assist in other departments as needed to meet seasonal demand.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and stoop for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Seasonal Schedules

• Employment runs early–mid October through mid-December (exact dates depend on production volume).
• Training schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
  1. Training schedules may begin with reduced hours until the season fully ramps up.
• Our production schedule is scaled with holiday demand. Your preference for day and night shifts is used when assigning shifts as the season progresses.

     • 16/5 (Mon–Fri)
       • Shift A: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
       • Shift B: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
     • 24/5 (Mon–Fri)
       • Shift A: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
       • Shift B: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
       • Shift C: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
