We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented  Administrative Assistant to support a busy family law attorney. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks related to divorce, child custody, support, and other domestic matters. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing a fast-paced legal environment with professionalism and discretion.

Key Qualities & Attributes

The ideal candidate must:

• Demonstrate  strong administrative and organizational skills
• Type at least 60 words per minute with high accuracy
• Show a history of  job stability and reliability
• Be  proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Maintain  excellent attendance and punctuality
• Be able to  multitask , shift priorities quickly, and solve problems independently
• Exhibit a  positive attitude , professionalism, and courtesy
• Possess  excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Use  proper grammar and written communication
• Be confident and  assertive when necessary , while remaining respectful

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior  experience or exposure to family law
• Familiarity with  social media platforms
• Notary Public certification
