Why We Need You:

PEMCO seeks a Senior Product Analyst to conduct complex quantitative analysis of property & casualty products, aiming to improve performance and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large-scale projects and document workflows.
  2. Develop analytical strategies with Product Managers and Actuarial teams.
  3. Create queries, dashboards, and tools to analyze product success and identify improvements.
  4. Assist with rate filings and communicate analysis to stakeholders.
  5. Build tools to enhance efficiency in data analysis.
  6. Support less experienced analysts and participate in product reviews.
  7. Evaluate product performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  8. Uphold PEMCO’s policies and values.

Qualifications:

  • B.A. or B.S. in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years in property and casualty insurance industry.
  • Over 6 years in analytical roles involving pricing and data management.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:
