Senior Product Designer | San Francisco | $180-$210 + equity | On-Site

Albert Bow has partnered with a San Francisco based AI startup using generative tech and real-time simulations to scale customer support, without losing the warmth, empathy, and intuition that makes human service great. The team is small, tight knit, and thrives on fast collaboration and building things that genuinely move the needle.

The Role

This is a high-impact design role for someone who sees their craft as both a job and a passion!

You’ll own major parts of the product experience, influence brand direction, and help define how AI can feel intuitive and approachable. It’s hands on, with plenty of creative and strategic ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design polished, cohesive product experiences across the stack, from onboarding flows to complex AI interaction interfaces
• Own visual direction across product UI, website, marketing assets, and decks
• Create and maintain scalable design systems that balance consistency with creative flair
• Set a high bar for UX quality and make AI interactions feel human and intuitive
• Collaborate closely with founders and mentor other designers to raise the overall craft

About You

• 4+ years of product design experience, ideally at a Series A-C startup
• Proven ability to ship complex, user-facing products from concept to launch
• Comfortable leading design decisions and owning large product areas
• Strong systems thinking and fluency with modern design tools
• Bonus points for experience with AI or technically ambitious products
• Curious, driven, and excited to build something new and impactful
