Senior SEO & AI Specialist

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite in Dallas TX, $95K-$110K

We're seeking a talented Senior SEO & AI Specialist to lead the development and execution of a global digital strategy. This role requires a passion for SEO, AI-driven search innovation, and building strategies that shape the future of online visibility.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Leadership: Lead company-wide SEO & AI strategy, aligning with growth goals. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of experimentation.
• SEO Execution: Develop and implement strategies to grow organic traffic, improve rankings, and drive conversions. Oversee international SEO and large-scale technical projects.
• Optimization: Ensure best-practice on-page SEO, fix technical issues, and refine site architecture.
• Content & AI Collaboration: Partner with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-friendly material. Guide use of AI-generated content to align with brand and SEO goals.
• AI & LLM Search: Optimize for emerging AI-driven search platforms. Stay ahead of trends and integrate best practices into workflows.
• Analytics: Track and report SEO & AI performance using various tools. Translate insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of SEO success, with 2+ years in a senior role.
• SEO Tools: Advanced expertise in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SimilarWeb.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
• AI in SEO*: Deep familiarity with AI in SEO, including LLM-driven platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and adaptability to algorithm and AI changes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or DTC.
• Expertise in structured data, schema markup, and knowledge graphs.
