We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Senior Tax Associate to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment within the Accounting and Finance industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax returns and corporations, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Tax Associate, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

1. Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
2. Assisting with tax planning and advising clients on tax-related matters.
3. Conducting thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
4. Collaborating with team members to develop efficient tax strategies.
5. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior associates.
6. Communicating effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
7. Liaising with tax authorities and providing audit support when necessary.
8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in tax laws.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with a focus on tax returns and corporations.
3. Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing complex tax returns.
4. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
7. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. A high level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
9. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
