Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients is enabled by our strategic partner ecosystem and our robust technology platforms across the IBM portfolio **Your role and responsibilities** The VADAR Archive SME is a most senior-level technical project lead who provides expert guidance and execution of archival strategy, data retention, and compliance, ensuring systems are properly classified, accessible, and aligned with regulatory standards. He leads performance analysis to optimize archiving processes and serves as the top-level escalation point for issue resolution. As the subject matter expert, he oversees the documented migration of official production systems into the VADAR archive environment. He is also responsible for onboarding and training new technical resources, executing complex archiving tasks, and delivering against higher-level requirements to support critical business and regulatory needs.
