Job Overview:

Petro Serve USA is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for a part-time, as-needed position in snow removal maintenance. The successful candidate will operate company equipment, such as payloaders, trucks with plows, and other snow removal tools, to ensure our facilities and surrounding areas are safe and clear of snow during the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company-owned equipment, including payloaders, trucks with plows, and other machinery to clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and walkways.
• Ensure efficient and safe removal of snow during snowfalls, as directed.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper working conditions and report any mechanical issues.
• Apply de-icing agents, such as salt, to necessary areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and equipment.
• Comply with all safety and company guidelines during snow removal operations.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with operating snow removal equipment such as payloaders, trucks with plows, or similar machinery is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible, on-call hours during the winter season.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme cold and heavy snowfall.
• Strong attention to safety protocols.
• Good physical condition, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
