Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy  is hiring dedicated  Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) for  in-person, school-based roles  in  Idaho  for the 2025–2026 school year !

Position Details

  • Schedule : 4 days a week
  • Start Date : August 2025
  • Caseload : Assigned based on experience and site needs (discussed during interview)
  • Service Area : Direct treatment, documentation, collaboration with school teams

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Document progress and maintain timely, compliant records
  • Support IEP implementation and student goals
  • Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families
  • Assist with data collection and treatment planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid  Idaho SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Completion of an approved  SLPA training program
  • Fingerprinting/background check required prior to start
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for school-based services and inclusive education
