About Linkenheimer LLP
Interested in joining a fun, vibrant work culture that puts people first? Want to make an impact on the community? Work together as a team to solve clients' accounting needs? Drink copious amounts of really good, local, organic coffee? Looking to join a company that has won Best Place to Work for 13years in a row?
For over 90 years, Linkenheimer LLP has been the trusted tax advisor for businesses and individuals who value expertise, stability, and genuine partnership. As a tax-only firm, we've built our reputation on deep technical knowledge, proactive planning, and relationships that span generations - both with our clients and our team members.
It's not all work here either. We serve the community together, build bonds on our annual team retreats (Alaska and a coastal lodge were our last two stops) and celebrate our successes with our families on annual, company-wide vacations (Spain, Croatia and Disneyland have been recent trips). We don't strive for work-life balance, we live it and champion it. And we appreciate everyone's contributions - big or small.
Our low turnover speaks volumes: when you join Linkenheimer, you're not just taking a job - you're building a career with a firm that invests in its people for the long haul. Sound enticing? Interested in working at a not-so-typical CPA firm? We might be your match made in heaven.
We A.C.T. differently:
Approachable: We engage with genuine interest, respect, and open minds
Care: About our clients, co-workers, and community (locally and globally!)
Team: Our success comes from selfless action, collaboration, and commitment
