🔎 Technical Recruiter

📍 New Mexico (Hybrid – Remote Available)

💼 Full-Time | Non-Exempt

💰 $30–$34/hour + Commission

COMPA Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support high-volume and specialized hiring needs across technical and engineering roles. This hybrid position offers remote flexibility with occasional onsite support at our Los Alamos, NM office.

🚀 What You’ll Do

Recruiting & Sourcing

  • Source, screen, and recruit technical talent using job boards, networking, cold outreach, and recruiting events
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to evaluate technical skills and role fit
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle

Hiring Manager & Client Support

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Review and help refine job descriptions and role requirements
  • Provide guidance on compensation discussions and candidate selection

Marketing & Outreach

  • Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Leverage social media and professional networks to build talent pipelines
  • Participate in job fairs, industry events, and virtual recruiting sessions

Reporting & Administration

  • Track recruiting activity, KPIs, and service metrics
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in ATS
  • Support compliance, reporting, and internal recruiting processes

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of recruiting or staffing experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

⭐ Desired Skills & Tools

  • Experience using Bullhorn ATS
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience posting and sourcing through Indeed and ZipRecruiter
  • Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or specialized roles
  • Strong sourcing, Boolean search, and candidate pipeline development skills

🎁 Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $30–$34/hour + recruitment commission
  • Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision (eligible first of month following hire)
  • 401(k): 100% company match up to 4%
  • Life Insurance: $50,000 + AD&D
