Your job as one of our Telephone Interviewers would be to conduct surveys/interviews with people over the phone for various research topics. You will read a scripted questionnaire to the participant and collect their response verbatim. Work is project to project so there may be short breaks in between where there is no work. This job is in person at our Durham location. Remote work may be available during school breaks for employees who can meet the requirements. Basic computer skills: Typing and simple menu navigation. Ability to speak and communicate clearly over the phone. We are typically looking for people with between 8 - 20 hours weekly availability.
