Now Hiring: Test Drivers
? Eden, TX | Full Onsite
? 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
? $24–$25/hour
? 12-month contract | Immediate Start
In partnership with Polaris, we’re seeking two Test Drivers to join the team at the Polaris Proving Grounds in Eden, TX. If you love off-road vehicles and want to get behind the wheel of innovation, this is your chance to make adventure your job.
Position Summary:As a Polaris Test Driver, you’ll play a key role in vehicle development by executing structured test plans and evaluating vehicle performance in real-world environments. This is a great fit for those with powersports or automotive mechanic experience who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work and value attention to detail.
What You’ll Do:

• Operate Polaris off-road vehicles through engineered test routes in varying terrains and conditions.
• Follow and execute structured test procedures to evaluate ride quality, safety, and durability.
• Log data, test results, and performance feedback using Excel and web-based tools.
• Identify and communicate issues related to safety, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine both prototype and production vehicles.
• Capture digital images of vehicle conditions or test anomalies for review.
• Maintain safety and organization standards in the testing environment.
• Flex with changing test priorities and occasionally travel to off-site testing locations.

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience (powersports or automotive mechanics preferred)
• Comfortable using computers and Excel for daily documentation and reporting
• Valid driver’s license and off-road driving skills
• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with off-road vehicles
