We are growing our Global Business Solutions Practice and seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst who enjoys solving complex, cross-border business problems.
Position Summary As a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst, you will work with a team to help clients analyze and manage intercompany pricing issues and develop transfer pricing strategies, audit defense, and documentation to cover the spectrum of transfer pricing issues . Our multidisciplinary group, comprised of professionals with backgrounds in tax, economics, law, finance, and accounting, brings a well-rounded approach to each engagement.
Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation reports to meet local and global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with a team to conduct economic and financial analyses of intercompany transactions using benchmarking and proprietary tools.
- Help design and implement transfer pricing policies and strategies aligned with clients’ global business objectives and evolving tax regulations.
- Participate in fact finding interviews with client stakeholders to gather key information for functional and risk analyses.
- Manage and help execute deliverables for transfer pricing planning, documentation, evaluation, audit defense, and dispute resolution engagements.
- Draft proposals, client deliverables, and regulatory reports with clarity, technical accuracy, and business insight.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Participate in thought leadership, recruiting, and business development initiatives.
Desired Qualifications: - 2+ years of recent experience in transfer pricing analysis within a public accounting, consulting, or corporate environment.
- BA or Masters in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Must show attention to details and have a willingness to learn new things.
- Must show an ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing at all levels of the organization.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and work independently as well as with other team members.
- A self-starter who wants to invest in his/her career and is prepared to put in the work and effort to succeed.
