MENTOR Adult Day Health, a member of the Sevita family, provides day programs for elders with complex medical or rehabilitative needs. This allows seniors to obtain quality healthcare while remaining active and involved in the community and continuing to live in their own homes. Our programs are staffed with qualified, experienced licensed nurses and caregivers who are trained to provide individual assistance to each person we serve. **Location:** Brockton Adult Day, Brockton, MA **Schedule:** Per Diem **Pay:** $18-19/hour Would you like to work in a rewarding environment with a supportive team? At Brockton **Adult Day** , you'll make a real difference by providing compassionate care and safe transportation to the individuals we serve in our community-based Day Program. **What You'll Do** + Provide safe, reliable transportation between participants' homes, day centers, agency programs, outings, and appointments. + Offer safety assistance when boarding and exiting vehicles. + Maintain cleanliness and conduct daily vehicle checks. + Support staff in monitoring participants at the day center, helping with activities, meals, and personal care needs. + Provide assistance with daily living, including personal hygiene and bathroom support. **Qualifications** + High school diploma (or equivalent) and **21 years of age or older** . + Prior van driving experience preferred. + At least 1 year of experience transporting older adults or individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred. + At least 1 year of experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities, ideally older adults. + Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 1 year of driving history. + CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). + Reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach to care. **Why Join Us?** + Rewarding work where you can make a direct impact on others' lives. + Supportive team environment with opportunities for training and career growth. **We have meaningful work waiting for you - apply today and join the Sevita Adult Day team!** Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
