\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - Med Surg Tele
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 4x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
\n• 48 weekly guaranteed hours
\n• Weekend hours as needed with standard expectation of every other full weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
\n• 2+ years of telemetry experience required
\n• Required certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS
\n• Float requirements as needed/customary upon request
\n• Patient ratios typically 4-6:1
\n• Care for 50% medical / 50% telemetry adult patients only
\n• Work with standard nursing equipment on telemetry unit
\n• Use EPIC EMR system
\n• Black scrub color required
\n• Flu vaccination required from November 1-April 1
\n• Contract duration 13-26 weeks
\n• Up to 5 days time off per 13-week period automatically approved
\n• Expected to work at least one major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day)
\n• Manager interview required within 24 hours of offer
\n• Perform direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
\n• Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments
