Location: Las Cruces, NM
Start Date: 10/06/2025 Duration: 13 WeeksSchedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Call required per unit needs (1 in 3 weeks, flexible if needed)
Unit Details:
The Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse provides care to NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Responsibilities include:Anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care
Demonstrating critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership
Maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education
Delegating and supervising patient care based on staff experience and education
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years NICU experience
BLS & NRP required
Strong neonatal critical care skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Shift Type: 12hr Days
