\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 13-week assignment with 3 x 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5
\n• 2 years of experience required, previous charge and teaching hospital experience preferred
\n• 8 weekend shifts required in 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
\n• Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed per unit
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Regular floating required between departments, units and facilities as needed
\n• Must have both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact license at time of submission
\n• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13 weeks
\n• 12-hour orientation required
\n• Maximum 7 days request time off allowed
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Must complete pre-start EMR modules and infusion pump/glucometer training
\n• Skills include cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, blood product administration, central line management, chest tube care, wound care, and various cardiac procedures
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses including post-cardiac procedures, renal failure, CVA, and orthopedic cases
