\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 13-week assignment with 3 x 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5
\n• 1 year of experience required, 2 years preferred
\n• First-time travelers accepted
\n• 8 weekend shifts required in 6-week schedule period (combination of Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
\n• Holiday shifts and charge RN assignments as needed per unit
\n• Floating required between departments, units and facilities as needed
\n• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS, ACLS preferred
\n• Must have both Kansas and Missouri nursing licenses or compact license
\n• Epic charting system experience
\n• 12 hours of orientation
\n• Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract
\n• Maximum 7 days request time off
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients with intermediate level of care needs
\n• Handle diverse patient diagnoses including stroke, heart failure, respiratory failure, pneumonia, post-surgical patients, and cardiac conditions
\n• Skills include cardiac monitoring, telemetry, IV therapy, blood product administration, central line care, wound care, and emergency response
\n• Work with interdisciplinary team including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
