\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 4x12 night shifts in a 10-bed telemetry observation unit
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 for both days and nights
\n• Guaranteed 48 hours for 4x12 hour shifts
\n• Weekend requirement of 2-3 shifts in 6 weeks (Saturday/Sunday)
\n• On-call requirement of 5-6 night shifts in 6 weeks (22:00-07:00)
\n• Float within scope to M/S Tele as needed
\n• Care for patients with 24-48 hour observation stays for various medical diagnoses
\n• Occasional overflow surgical patients, no medication drips
\n• Must have strong telemetry experience and ability to function autonomously
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS
\n• Massachusetts state license required and must be valid at time of submission
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• Epic or Cerner experience preferred
\n• Skills required: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, telemetry monitoring
\n• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
\n• Any color scrubs allowed (no jean material)
\n• Cerner charting system
\n• 36 hours of orientation provided
\n• Standard contract length is 14 weeks

The facility offers interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and transportation services to ensure comprehensive patient care.
