Tucker Holmes PC is seeking an attorney with 3+ years’ experience in insurance defense litigation for its thriving insurance defense practice. The firm has flexibility in tailoring the position to be appropriate for an experienced Jr. Associate, up to an accomplished Sr. Trial Attorney. At a minimum, the candidate should have relevant insurance defense experience, and the ability to immediately integrate as a second chair attorney on litigated matters. Added experience, including trial experience is desired but not required. This attorney will specialize in defending individuals and companies in tort claim lawsuits (usually negligence) and or breach of contract and bad faith litigation. Salary range is $120,000 to $160,000 depending on experience, with flexibility for individuals with exceptional qualifications and portable clients.
