CDL-A Flatbed Driver – 30% of Revenue + Profit Sharing | Mostly Coil Hauling

We’re a small, family-run operation looking for a reliable and professional  CDL-A driver to haul mostly steel coils. If you’re looking for a job where you’re treated with respect and paid fairly for your work, we’d love to talk to you.

What We Offer:

• 30% of revenue (excluding fuel surcharge)
• Monthly profit sharing potential
• 10 days paid vacation per year (after 6 months employment)
• Employer-paid work-related short-term disability insurance
• Flexible schedule — expect about 18 workdays per month min, more available.
• Major holidays off (optional if you prefer to run)

What You Need:

• Valid  Class A CDL
• 2 years of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Clean driving record
• Must be able to haul steel coils safely and reliably, running permitted loads up to 120,000 lbs on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work at night or early in the morning.
• Home most days if desired.

Location: Based in/around Northwest Ohio or Northeast Indiana preferred.
