Earning Potential & Pay Features:
Earn $84K your first year!
First-year flatbed drivers average $1,530 - $1,880 per week (varies based on miles)
Increase your earning potential with tenure, Driver Scorecard, and Certified RED programs!Flatbed drivers can expect $93K as early as year 2! Top earners make $100KDoor to door practical miles-empty & loaded$1,600 weekly guarantee. If your miles are short (delays, breakdowns, etc.) you'll still earn the guaranteed amount.Paid Orientation at Nussbaum Headquarters-$200/dayActivity Pay for the WORK you do, not just the miles you run:$30 for pickups and deliveries$30 for stop-offs (any customer location in-between pickup and final delivery)$70 for initial tarping $35 for each re-tarping$20/hr detention pay (starts after 1hr)Breakdown & layover payOversize Pay is $3,600/year! (based on avg. loads per flatbed driver). There are three tiers:Tier 1: less than 10' wide = $0.10/mile and $50 flat, per loadTier 2: 10'-12' wide = $0.15/mile and $75 flat, per loadTier 3: 12' wide = $0.20/mile and $100 flat, per load

Driver Requirements
Valid CDL A
Minimum age of 21
6 months of recent experience OR complete our training program
No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years
Meet all other Nussbaum requirements
