Job Description

The UKG Pro WFM Specialist is responsible for the configuration, integration, and ongoing support of TOPPAN’s UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) time and attendance system, which serves over 3,000 employees worldwide. This role operates within a collaborative team environment in conjunction with the Workday HR team. Will primarily support the development, reporting, and analysis of key performance metrics to identify trends and drive process improvements. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with government regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and company pay policies through effective system configuration.

What you’ll be doing:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Operations, Payroll, and HR teams.
• Configure and automate pay calculations, scheduling, time-off management, attendance, and absence management processes within UKG Pro WFM.
• Coordinate testing efforts with business leads to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day support for UKG Pro WFM, including troubleshooting, plant support, and data integration audits.
• Configure and maintain InTouch and DX series time clocks.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate time and attendance data processing for payroll.
• Assist with software patches, system upgrades, vendor functionality roadmaps, and enhancement requests.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including user guides, manuals, and instructional videos.
• Support audit requirements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and global time-tracking regulations; escalate concerns as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is located out of either our Charlotte, NC (Uptown Area) with the option of Hybrid OR Remote for the right candidate - Eastern or Central Time Zone only

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of Kronos or UKG Pro WFM experience.

• Experience with Workday HCM is desired.
• Experience coordinating ADP Managed Payroll is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage complex tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under high-pressure situations.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
• Experience supporting time and attendance systems in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Compensation:

This is a progression position and could be a level I-Level IV

Compensation and progression level will be based on candidate’s experience and education, and current business needs.

The annual base salary range for this role is from $98,172 to $110,928
