About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Field Services Fulfillment to lead national operations for a growing cable fulfillment provider. This executive role is pivotal in overseeing day-to-day fulfillment activities, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the national fulfillment operations strategy, managing a team of regional managers, field supervisors, and technicians, and ensuring the highest standards of service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities also include P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and driving performance KPIs. Applicants for the Vice President of Field Services Fulfillment position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in field services and fulfillment operations, particularly in the cable, broadband, or telecom sectors. A proven track record of at least 5 years in senior or executive leadership with multi-state oversight is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong operational background in installs, maintenance, and service workflows, as well as experience in managing both internal teams and subcontractors. Familiarity with workforce management tools and field CRMs, excellent communication, and conflict resolution skills are also key requirements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about telecommunications, possess the necessary skills, and be willing to travel as needed to support field operations and client relationships.
