  • Develop automation scripts to accelerate tasks such as uploading game-related data and pricing.

  • Evaluate and modify procedures to address complex problems, considering factors like system capacity, operating constraints, and desired results.

  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain system software applications.

  • Monitor system capacity and performance, and plan/execute disaster recovery procedures.

  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.

  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption of tools.

  • Identify, escalate, and document production impact issues.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in software development or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with Python (including PySpark).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with JavaScript.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with data management in any environment (SQL, Kusto, NoSQL, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end software development life cycles.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

  • Solid problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Experience troubleshooting and making system changes to resolve technical issues.

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience developing UI components and understanding user experience best practices.

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and responsive design principles.

  • Experience in the gaming industry or with gaming-related business applications.

  • Background in building internal tools or automation for operational teams.
