Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced window and door installation crew (3–4 members) to work on high-quality residential and light commercial projects. Crews should be self-managed, professional, and capable of delivering precision installations while maintaining excellent customer communication.

This is a subcontract position ideal for established crews with their own tools, transportation, and insurance. Projects are located primarily in the Indianapolis metro area, with some regional work extending up to 3–4 hours from Carmel, IN.

Responsibilities

• Complete installation of residential and commercial windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and Blue Theory standards
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Maintain professional communication with clients, builders, and project managers
• Manage workflow efficiently as a crew leader and team
• Handle project documentation and reporting as needed

Requirements

• Reliable truck and trailer suitable for travel and daily commuting
• All necessary tools and equipment for window and door installation (including siding brake, brad/finish/siding nailers, drills, bits, hand tools, and related items)
• Active Workman’s Compensation and General Liability Insurance
• Proven construction experience, ideally in window and door installation
• Crew of 3–4 members, including at least one leader with project management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to travel for projects within 2–4 hours of Indianapolis
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus

Compensation

• Annual crew earnings between $200,000 and $300,000, based on project volume, skill, and efficiency
