About the Role

The Company is seeking a Career Coach to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting students with disabilities in preparing for meaningful and productive community employment and post-secondary education options. This role involves planning and developing programming for students in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, as well as working closely with Vocational Rehabilitation to advocate for students' choices, coordinate job matches, and identify support needs. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, enjoy a supportive team environment, and be dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a high school diploma or GED with at least one year of experience in special education, supported employment, or transition service delivery, or a bachelor's degree in human services. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. The role is full-time and may involve travel within the local area.
