Position Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for an exciting Travel or Local job in Millville, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living.
Implement treatment plans developed by licensed occupational therapists.
Monitor and document patient progress accurately and timely.
Provide support and guidance to patients and their families regarding home exercises and adaptive techniques.
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies.
Collaborate with occupational therapists and healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
Required Skills & Experience:
Current and valid COTA license/certification in New Jersey.
Previous experience in occupational therapy or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to motivate and support patients in achieving therapy goals.
