Job Title: Project Coordinator IV

Location: Onsite – Redmond, WA (No remote option)

Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator IV to support two teams in Redmond. This role will focus on contract management, coordination, purchasing, and communication support to ensure smooth operations. The coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally with partner companies, the legal team, and internal stakeholders to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage special contract details and oversee the contracts and purchasing process.
• Track tasks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide communication support, including folder organization and proofreading.
• Organize team trainings, social events, and occasional travel coordination for visiting partners.
• Handle ordering, PO tracking, and invoice troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding, safety compliance, and general program coordination tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of program coordination or management experience in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience working with contract development .
• Strong organization and process management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and writing skills .
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background in contracts management .
• Experience in large organizations .
• Program management exposure.
• Familiarity with corporate hardware research .
• Knowledge of database management and Google platforms.
