We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist that will be supporting mobile phone users and handling inquiries related to cellular services. If you’ve helped customers troubleshoot service or hardware issues—especially for Android devices or other unlocked phones—you could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll be an individual contributor working closely with our product and AI teams to help shape the future of customer support in the mobile space. This is not your typical support role. You’ll help design chat flows, contribute to AI training, and bring customer insights directly into the technology we're building .
