We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in processing and managing data with precision and efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in administrative environments and enjoys working with spreadsheets and donation-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into various systems to ensure records are current and reliable.
• Process incoming donations and maintain detailed records for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Scan and organize documents to ensure they are securely stored and easily accessible.
• Use Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
• Verify the accuracy of information entered and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making and organizational needs.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with donation processing or related tasks is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following organizational procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional qualifications are an advantage.
